Die Kohlenrutsche in Wien. Ein Gespräch mit Magdalena – einer Projektmitgestalterin.

Eine Sendung aus der Sendereihe „Neue Lebens- und  Wohnformen“

Die Kohlenrutsche ist ein Wohnhaus im 2. Wiener Gemeindebezirk. Es wurde als gefördertes Wohnheim von der Baugruppe „Anders Wohnen“ gemeinsam mit dem Architekturbüro studio uek  geplant und im Oktober 2019 bezogen. 
Das Haus wurde mit Blick auf Inklusion und Vielfalt geplant und gebaut: es gibt hier eine  inklusive Wohngemeinschaft, in der fünf Menschen mit Lernschwierigkeiten und vier Student*innen zusammenleben. Zwei sogenannte Jokerwohnungen, die zu besonders günstigen Konditionen vergeben werden, zahlreichen Gemeinschaftsräume.

Was waren die Visionen und Wünsche zu Beginn, was wurde davon umgesetzt und was ist aus dem inklusiven Ansatz geworden?  Darüber sprechen wir mit Magdalena – einer aktiven Projektteilnehmerin und Bewohnerin des „Hauses Kohlenrutsche“.

Rooted in the University of Coimbra living culture and in the history of the city itself, the Real República Prá-Kys-Tão was founded on the 27th January 1951. It was a breath of fresh air in the student life “during the second half of the 20th Century, demonstrating clearly and evidently that the joyous spirit and solidarity and the typical Coimbra wisecracking haven’t faded yet”.
